I am currenty working on my power armor made from eva foam and mostly freehanded.

Did you Trace the the pepakura pieces on the foam and cut them that way or did you build the whole pepakura helmate and use it for measurements for your foam helmet? I hope what I'm asking makes sense, thanks. The build looks awesome, I'm working on a T51 Power Armor set from scratch and the helmet os giving me problems.

I traced the pepekura pieces onto the foam and then cut them out

Got the chestpiece, abs plate and belt strapped up by using quick release buckles and suspender.

Finally got the whole T-45d power armor strapped up using quick release buckles and can start sealing the armor when I get my plastidip delivered.

Added some flexible tubes and some wire to the helmet and also attached the second headlight thingie whatever to the helmet.
