Fallout pipe pistol scaled image

Does anyone have a scaled up printable image of the pipe pistol from fallout?

I've done some small scale builds before going far of reference to accommodate my budget and time and I wanted to try and do a full scale accurate prop to display but I'm not good with image software and have spent more time than should be necessary trying to scale it to the right size just to have it be to long or to tall or to small.

"Correct" size is a matter of opinion honestly. All guns in Fallout 4 are bigger than they would be in real life. You can understand what I mean by using the Thompson SMG as an example. The SMG is bigger in the game than in real life. Now, that doesn't stop others from making the other guns true on screen 1:1 scale, just sayin'. I myself like to apply the scale that would match evenly with the SMG to it's real size. Sometimes this makes things "too small", though. An example is the alien blaster gun from Fallout 3. I modeled it to match true scale to a real ak-47 (the Chinese assault rifle), and the trigger guard was tiny. The overall gun's size looked great, but the trigger guard was so small I couldn't get my finger in it.

Like I said, it's a matter of opinion and what suits you. I base my wants on the idea of having several guns, and I want them to all match in scale, like when laid down next to each other in the game. For one gun, though, you'd never notice the difference.

I agree, just do it so it looks right to you. If anyone complains just question their gamer credentials and yell "Did you even play the game?!?!"

Also keep in mind that objects (including guns) will sometimes change scale from scene to scene in games.

Hehe just scale to what looks good in your hands. In most video games they have huge meatloaf hands.

I agree most of them are oversized so that you can use them in power armor otherwise they'd be way too tiny to use.

Take some screenshots of the in game variant right next to a corpse and look up the average male height. begin calculations such as overall length, and then focus of the parts. For the rifle with long barrel i got 38 inches overall. barrel is 11 in from tip to chassis. chassis is 15 in. and stock is 12 in. i dont have the pistols lengths, but i got the lengths for the rifle by measuring off the in game screenshots.
