Hey Guys...

Like to ask what you guys have used to simulate blood drops and smears on your props. Tried a few things, but I either end up with a mess that wipes off after it dries, or something that looks horrid.

I have a feeling someone out there has a really easy method, and I would love to share the wealth :)

Some advice in the following thread:

I posted some info on how I painted a bloody machete in there.

Kensington Blood - Arterial

i use this from mouldlife ...and it looks wery real and if you use it on a prop it looks shiny as new blood forever but it never dries 100% but it wont come off ore stains other things
would really recomend this :)

For crusty dried blood use soy sauce and a few drops of red food coloring.
Works really well on documents.

Thanks for the links guys... :)
You guys always come through....

I'll post pics of what I am working on in a few days :)
