More progress made today, the decay is really starting to set into this dagger!!

Rusted up the blade a little more, and did a little more ageing work on the handle just to see if I want to leave it like this or if I want to wrap the handle with really worn and shabby leather. Still thinkin to go for the shabby leather.

As much as it pains me to say it, an aged cloth or leather wrap just isn't looking right. Seemes to be the only one real speed bump I'm experiencing with this project. Unless I'm just not using the right type of cloth, I thought hessian would give it a cool look but it really doesn't. So at this moment I'm thinking just to age down the bone and keep it simple, as of all the attempts I've tryed so far its the best looking one.
