It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since the Fede Alvarez Evil Dead was released. With that in mind,
I decided to have a go at the book (a bit late to the party I know). It's not 100% accurate but I'm happy with it.

I'm so sorry, I hadn't seen this question until just now!
The pages are Indian hand made, weathered with tea and were put through an ink jet printer with the art work laid out on Corel Draw, but with alot of the scribblings and bloody finger prints done by hand after. There might be a couple of text pages that are repeated, but pretty much all the pages are different.
The cover is 2mm EVA textured and painted then stiched together with leather thong, and this was stretched over boards after the book was bound.
