Eve's Work in Progress - Female pred mask sculpt

So it's been a minute since my last update (ALOT of stuff has gone on but yea). I'm in the home stretch w/ school so after graduation this May I'll have a lot more time on my hands to really get some work done. Until then, you'll have to put up with random spurts of creativity lol...I had an idea for the latex chest piece I planned on making. I'm using a styrofoam ball that was cut in half for the boobies. I hot glued it to the board and am now covering in clay. I also started working on doing more work with the skin texture on the mask and the scaly effect looks like its starting to come together. I also ordered another mannequin head because I feel like starting on another sculpt which I plan to use a lot of new tips that I've discovered.

But I do have a question...do you guys think I should sculpt the chest armor on the chest piece? I was playing around with the idea but I'm not sure...any input is appreciated...oh and check out the pics!

The detail your getting putting into your sculpts is great! (y) I would say just sculpt the armor on the chest piece. Also make sure you taper the top of the breast up so that it has a more natural hanging look to it and looks less like two ball shapes.. I hope that makes sense and I don't come off as a pervo. hah

Thanks quakevirus! I actually ended up changing the concept...like a complete 180 as of like 12 hours ago (I have add when it comes to this it seems lol). I am now using the Predator Falconer as an inspiration because he's pure badass-ness lol. So because of the complexity of the chest piece I think I'm going to get a mannequin and sculpt the chest armor on that and then mold it as a separate piece. Also I took your advice...it def look more natural lol...you think that because I'm a woman I would've noticed that detail before haha

I've also started working on the cod piece...please excuse my amateur sculpting skills. I don't know whats going on with the bottom piece yet so I plan on overhauling it. I've definitely learned that symmetry is something that will forever elude me but what the hell hopefully with more practice I'll get a lot better. I wish I could find a clearer picture of the cod piece though. But in any case here's my first shot @ it...enjoy!

Hey everyone! I haven't posted in here for a while but here's a progress report...I decided to put my own sculpt on hold for the time being but in the meantime I ordered a P2 mask and bottom skins so I should receive those items at the end of the month/July. I plan on ordering some top skins and a bio in a couple of weeks and am now working on sculpting a breastplate. Pic of what I have done so far is below. I don't know if I like the design yet. I've been looking at some images of female pred armor to get some ideas. Any suggestions are welcomed...thanks!

Here's an updated pic...did a little more work and decided to change the layout a bit. I'm going to layer the clay more, even everything out and then go into detailing. I'm going to go for a P2ish look. Also, since the dressform is only a half form, I'm prolly going to try to fill it with foam and duct tape over it so I can work on the back peice OR I may just sculpt it separately idk yet. But yea...more pics to come. Thanks for looking!!!

thats one hot looking sculpt you have there.keep at it sweetheart and your skills will take you where ever you want to go.

Thanks everyone!!! I just realized though that the suit that I am going to order is going to be it two parts so I may have to revise the design yet again but we'll see. I might to cast it the way it is and then cut the latex piece to fit...oh well TBD

Anyway, I GOT MY MASK IN THE MAIL TODAY!!!! YEAAAAAA BUDDY!!!!!!! Can you tell I'm excited? :D

I was surprised...the mask was smaller than what I thought and I had to cut up the back to try and fit it on my mannequin head. However I think my mannequin head is to big and I was afraid to cut up any further. I would try it on myself but since I have braids @ the moment that is a negative so I'll just have to wait. Anyways, here is a pic...
