EVA mats vs. Foam sheets vs. EVA puzzle blocks

Used those 12x18 5mm Foam sheets at Hobby Lobby for my Mk 6. Currently working with linking anti-fatigue mats from Harbor Freight( US chain store). It's about 1/2 inch, and fairly stiff. Found a source for 5/16 anti-fatigue rolls, and thinking of using them for my new Mk 7, and a War Machine. Any thoughts or suggestions about which to go with? Going to use JFCustom files for the new ones, if that makes a difference.

Foam works great for suits, plenty of Foam Iron Man/ War Machine users me included =) I have had to chop the foam thickness in half on sections that needed to be thinner like the abs. and a great thing you can do with larger sheets is combine templates that you would normally would of had to cut short cuz of the size of the foam dimensions. with 2 feet by 2 feet you can cut out fairly large pieces out at once.
