Here are some progress pics of the ESB vader im putting together. Im not going for 100% screen accuracy, more around maybe 95%. Pretty much a mixture of film prop and also a trooping vader :cool
The helmet was a heavily modified CA Vader Helmet, that was casted up thick in fiberglass and has 4 earth magnets embedded in the fiberglass that gives the dome a super tight fit.
Do not know the origins of this chestbox kit, maybe Dark-Side, but its been fully assembled by me, and i had some custom straps made that look like they've been flexed alot and had some black dye worn off.
Shins are the GT ABS shins, and the boots are weathered harley davidson mid-calf riding boots.
The gloves are made by CP and are shorter than the standard gloves you see floating around and better scale to the stunt versions.
The belt boxes are completely made by me. They have accurate sized boxes and have the nice weathered appearence. They do have lights, just not on in the pic.
I have a RussRep Belt buckle, converted into a real buckle coming from darth stone and attached to a tooled belt. The belt will also have the upper and lower grooves added. My chest armor is also being made by darth stone. I have both 100% wool stain lined cape and surcoat, but haven't had any time to take decent pics of them.
