ESB Cloud City-Has It Been Done?

I did a search for Cloud City but didnt come up with anything,was just curious if anyone ever did a model like it on here.
Or if theres a website to an actual movie model,Id love to see that...Im not looking to build one,just curious to check one out and see the work done...
Unless,if im mistaken,the city was never an actual model but a painting?
