ESB build

Hello !

I finally got a genuine folmer graflex for my favourite build, the ESB one. First, i'm sorry for this redundant post but i want some feedback from people who built their ESB lightsaber without drilling.
I plan to build it as soon as i get the GINO's grips and i don't want to damage it.

I'll go for the hero/bespin version following roy's tutorial: http://wannawanga.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/blueprint-Luke-ESB-2.jpg

I'll buy the screws and cut their head to glue it on the grips. Then i'll put them into the bottom but what should i use ? Glue ? Is their a "removal way" for the grips ? (In case of new discovery in the future)

Thanks !
Regards,
Patlegrand.

Try VHB tape.

It's basically a very thin rubbery tape (like the booger stuff on the back of a gift card) but very sticky. you cut it to length, stick it onto the grip, peel the backing off and press fit. Holds VERY well to metal. I permanently attached my inner and outer R2-D2 skins with that stuff and even baked it in the oven to powder coat them and it held like a champ.

and then if you have to remove it, just pull really hard and then rub it with your thumb to roll up the tape and wipe it clean.
