So… the Cats finally out of the bag. Among others, I helped TOMY and Chris Huisman with Dozens of pictures and details of my personal 1:350 Refit build.
I explained how I did my Aztec Painting and how it should have a subtle effect.
I submitted to them all angles and details of my Personal Build up!
Now you can get a 1:350 Diecast version for your self.
Like You, I am looking forward to getting my own Refit in Diecast!

Below is my Personal Refit!

Hmm. Color me surprised.

$699 is not a bad price. Looks like no detailed shuttle bay this time. I would have liked to see a different subject matter this time instead of another Enterprise. An all metal TOS Romulan Warbird or Klingon Cruiser in 1/350 would have been great to go with the TOS-E ...

The ad states a hangar deck so hopefully they just haven’t shown a picture of it yet.

I think they learned a lot on TOS Enterprise. With the crazy finish on the Refit, that I could never do, I think any seams needed, can be hidden.

So stoked to finally have a refit.

I'm not even going to think they can hide the seams this time. From the pics there are seams. But it's diecast and I never even think about them on the TOS. So I'm ok with it now.

Hmmmmm….love it, but…

Show me where the screws are located on this one, please.

If they are smart about it, they can hide the screw covers where the travel pod docking ports are located.

I see what appears to be one screw cover here…unless this is an “activation button” of some kind?

Yeah. As I mentioned earlier there is so much decoration that they should not be as visible. I was also thinking the docking ports could hide a couple. We have to remember this prototype is not diecast. So all attachment areas probably haven't been planned out yet ..
