Endor Moon Shield Generator Dish

Heres the Start of the dish model from ROTJ. The dish is 16 " diameter and its going to sit on a 2x2 piece of MDF with scaled Redwoods around it for a small display.

I hope you detail your progress I am curious how to flex or get the actual dish shape.. This is going to be a sweet build!!!

Pictures 2,3,4, show the pattern for the dish. it was Vac formed over 1/8" styrene. Just needs to be trimmed.
