Nice progress ... though I believe there might be a slight recess inwards on the front of the top part where those dynodes are suposed to go, yes? Here's a picture that has a lot of details :

Doing some research I found the sculptor Keith Short, who made the original chair ... in polystyrene ... though the sculpted cushons have been altered for the movie with some kind of 'purple'-like leather I suppose :

"Eye brow" is mounted. now its just a matter of sanding the edges, and touchup.
