I'm trying to make Emi Yusa's sword from Devil is a Part Timer. The part I'm stuck on is the hilt and the decor on it. I have made this sword once before, using the thin craft foam to craft the details and the hand guard thing. It....did not turn out so well. I considered Worbla but that's WAY too expensive. What is something that is sturdy enough to stay but can also be heat formed and could extend around the blade/fill up empty space like that (if you know what I mean)? Thanks!
