Someone called me out over the fact that I said it was a hardtop. Yes that is correct. The story goes that they took a chainsaw and cut the roof off to make it a permanent open top. In reality they probably used a plasma cutter or reciprocating saw. I had planned on making a lift off hard top but I've actually been looking for a convertible right now.

As far as the dash pic above it's NOT the film used car. Here is the film car screencap dash: Note the spikes all over the dash. I do plan on cheating with the radio and putting an iPod dock in the ashtray that's located in the center console.
