Electra Woman's Electracomp

My Wife and Daughter want to go as Electra Woman and Dyna Girl for Halloween, and i am having a little trouble with a couple things on the Electracomp. I have figured that a good part of it is an old diving flasher, and i was able to get 2 from ebay, the buttons and jacks are easy enough to scavenge from stuff at yard sales etc. Those are the easiest parts. The problem i am having is identifying the bolt and washer thing on the left, and the wristband itself. Please see the pictures below

Any help, or better pictures would be greatly appreciated.

The screw looks like it could be a "tech-screw" roofing screw, especially in the second image and the washer underneath looks like a rubber roofing washer or maybe a rubber grommet.

Try searching under, vintage marine strobe. You can find some decent matches at auction now and again.

Watching this thread, would like to know if any more info is about. I have the dive flasher, so would like to see more parts get ID'd.

yes its a 1976 acr firefly rescue light acr/4f the battery is not made any more p4-01 0074 they now make an adapter for it check the battery wherehouse they will guide you or ebay, im making one to.
