EFX-Precision Cast Replicas Millennium Falcon

Interesting approach. I think this line will do quite well. I know they will be keeping the productiion numbers down which will retain the value of these pieces, so I should think they will sell out relatively quickly. Maybe some decent Star Destroyer and/or Deathstar models will surface down the road.

The full scale Falcon thread got me thinking about this again and it's been a long time with really no updates on this new line. Has anyone heard anything or have any news?

I hope so - I want one! That asteroid base was my idea for the 32" Falcon back in the MR days... would love to see that idea realized, finally!

Affirmative on the asteroid base. That would have been the cat's backside for the MR falcon. Maybe someone from EFX could pop in with a quick update?:confused

Wow, just about a year to the day since the last post on this topic(time sure does fly). Is there anyone out there with anymore news on this line? It looks as though it's just gone by the wayside, which is unfortunate since this would have undoubtedly been a real winner for EFX.:unsure

I believe its been axed as a project due to costs, it may at best been put on hold for ever!

i think it was stated in a newsletter sometime back that the MF has been put on hold till they can come up with a more cost effective way of making it.

seems pretty small. The Fine Molds is bigger and that looks small to me too...too many studio kits on the bench these days for me i guess that everything seems tiny to me now! LOL!
