Just finished my live fire (faux) suppressor with Bushnell scope and Leupold scope mount / rings. I'll post another picture with the scoped suppressor on my M10.
I started with the fake single stage 9mm steel suppressor. 1.75" O.D. About 11.4" long. Either MIG weld or epoxy the 2 holes closed on the muzzle end. Then either file, sand or mill the muzzle end flat. Buy a 12" length of 1.75" I.D., 2.0" O.D. aluminum tubing. Cut down the tubing to 8.625". I had to mill the O.D. of the suppressor down a hair to make the aluminum tubing slip over the suppressor. Next, apply 2 part epoxy to the rear 8.625" of the suppressor and slide the aluminum tubing over it. This leaves 2.625" of the fake suppressor exposed at the muzzle end. Remove any excess epoxy. Allow to cure. Sandblast the entire assembly for a uniform texture. Clean with acetone before painting. Coat with high temp BBQ grill paint.
