Well half way through the build I discovered that the vent holes, the ejection port and the handguards are off by 5mm. I didn't notice at first but when I taped the template on to the pvc the two haves of the paper overlaped a little. This was enough to make the side vent holes lower than 3 and 9 o'clock. This through off the location of the ejection port. So here is the question how do I slightly shrink the template to compensate for this? just so you know I'm using 1 1/4 pvc with and outsite diameter of 1 1/2 any thoughts?
