Duracell robot advert UK

Whilst idly browsing eBay recently, I came across these cute robots for sale. The seller believed them to be from an advert but knew no more than that. I recognised them but couldn't place them. Anyway, after some browsing, I discovered they were from a tv ad from 1984 in the UK. They have survived really well. I'm a fan of cute robots, so I just had to have them.
