I'm trying to figure out the vents on the end of the jaws. Will our helmets have them inserted or will the come separate for the raw kits?

It will have the collar, as part of the chest piece, and the back piece, just like the real prop
I call them whiskers they will be separate pieces, so its a 6 piece kit, main helmet, blast shield, vac formed curved lenses, 2 "wisker" pieces and the center snout piece.
Also I will include the decal/stencil of the symbol for the shield... so technically a 7 piece kit

I have two friends who ordered your helmet plus armor kit and I actually want to start the build together with them

I forgot it was my birthday today.. and promised to take the day off.. that didnt happen as I am emailing everyone right now.....
So everyone should get an email within 10 mins.. if you didnt check your bin, and I sent it out to the emails filled out in the form.
And as I mention in the email first person to pay gets first spot and so on..just like all my runs

Sure, here's a pic of the kama trooper, 2nd from the left:

The kama variant seems to have a "buckle" that's a little different from the guys rocking the ammo pouches.

I dont have anything modeled or printed for that no.. but if I get 5+ interested for that buckle and the 2 side pieces I can add it onto the armour for an extra $50

I'm not sure what you mean by little details? and subtle? Theres a buckle on the kama trooper and there is 2 pyramid looking pieces, one on each side of the buckle.. if thats what your talking about?
