I need to start my preparation on the display for this piece. Do you have some dimensions for the hook? Length, diameter, weight? Just curious as to what size pillow to get. The pillow in the movie only held the top piece, and not the whole hook, like this one. Just curious so I can begin to prepare.
Can't wait to see this thing in person!

As the top piece is removable, you could display the hook on the pillow and the rest of the hook beside it. Although personally, I'd like to display it with the hook attached. Still not sure if I'm going to use a pillow for that...

True, as that was how the hook was brought to Captain Hook in the movie. However, I want this whole thing together. Going to have to play with it a bit when it gets in. May end up displaying it "antique" style, vertical under a glass dome. Haven't fully decided yet. Either way........BRING ON THE HOOK! It will displayed on some sort of pedestal or floor column with the movie poster behind it thought.

Not yet! Final prototype is near to be completed. After this step factory will send to me the first Hook and after my OK will start the mass production that will take 6-8 weeks!
The end is near my friends!!!!

Nice! Still missing the decorations on the top? Or will this be a sperate piece between the hook and the "hand-part"?
Edit: mmm, I should pay more attention. That top decoration should be part of the hook part itself:

Yep, just saw my mistake when I pressed "Post Reply" ;-). Added a picture to my original post, where that "top part" is clearly part of the seperate hook.Yes tom it will be in the separate piece
