I'm proud to present you a project that I have in my mind from many years!
Finally this become REAL and now I can say that a REAL hook will be made!
As you remember, in the movie you can change the upper part of the Hook! We trying to do the same thing with our replica!
Stop talking about "what I always wanted" and start to talk "what we'll do"!
I still not have a price of it, we started mould with all engraved decoration on the body, after this will give hook to the fabric and will have a price soon.
MATERIALS:
- Steel (just like the original)
- Brass for the braid rings
... and this is the famous Hook that all of us know!
Not sure if you need it, but I saved this image a while back of the hook which has nice detail for the side filigree pattern:

I believe the hook has now found a home in St Augustine Florida at the Pirate museum. I was just there back in March. I might go back next month if you want me to take more close up reference photos. It is just behind a piece of glass so I can snap photos from about a foot or less away

I think we already works on details decoration that will be engraved on it, we studied original design! The part that I'll need is the decoration on the upper part, just before the hook.
