I finished the other Shin, and made the instep flaps and rear flaps for both. The legs parts are ready to paint. hopefully it doesn't rain again tomorrow, so I can paint the Thighs, add ons and shins.

I'm going to use these boots as they go well with the shin.
I'll just cast these is Flex Foam-It once I finish the plastic one and mold it.

This will be closer to halloween though.
Same goes for the helmet. To keep the look consistent, I'll just cast a foam one.
Hopefully it all works out.

This is rockin'!
Is there anywhere to see a line detail schematic on the IM armor, or are the foam builders doing a lot of "eyeballing"?

It's about modifying the pep file by removing bits you dont need, joining new pieces together to form bigger peices at times and eyeballing and freehanding other new pieces to fit with the Foam part to replace old pieces that wouldn't work with foam if left unedited.

Foam is salavation at the moment.
I need to build a shed to work in for future "plastic" builds.

I painted the legs and did a test fit again.

Id say that the mobility test went well, to say the least!!!

Thanks guys. I'm really glad you guys like it so far.

I was told the thighs look a tad big.
I'm going to have to agree with his feedback

I'll just trim a section of the inner area and it wont be noticable.
Should be good after that

where are you getting the foam? costs? thicknesses? Brand name, etc...
