does anyone here live in hong kong? has anyone used alibaba.com before?

Is there a reputable member here that is from hong kong?

I have been going nuts finding lighting options and pricing for a project I am working on.

I found a website called alibaba.com that supposedly hooks up manufacturers with buyers and I found a pretty good deal on the lights I need.

It isn't so good that it's suspicious, but I did a search on if alibaba.com is trustworthy and it says sometimes it may say the mfg is in hong kong but is actually a scammer in africa.


So here are the lights I found.

Can anyone from this area tell me if this seems legitimate.

Or has anyone ever dealt with alibaba.com before?

There have been various members who have ordered items in the past or even had small runs of items fabricated.

Alibabba is not going to be the problem. It is the company their search provided that you will have to check up on. There are lots of knock offs too. Just be careful
