Just got this guy out of the mold. Turned out pretty good. There's a slight step along the seam line but nothing a little filler won't fix.
Going to pick up some foam tom to fill him up and then start cleaning him up.

Just finished painting. A few little bits to touch up, and I need to glue the eyes in. Need to pick up some white cotton for the shirt. I already have an old black tie and managed to get some crinkled black cotton from ebay which will be great for the suit / lapels.

Managed to sort out most of the symmetry I think and have started adding detail to one side. Think the back of the head needs to be more bulbous.

Thanks for all the nice comments. I'm still working on finishing off the detailing (i.e. veins) and the collar/tie/lapels. Still need to fix the eyes and make a base.
A run - the only problem is time. It's taken me this long to get one done and I've already started a couple of other little projects. If I have time over the summer, I may make a couple more. Plus, I don't know how the mould would hold up. It's only my second attempt at a two piece mold and I have to work with a plaster jacket that is slightly cracked now. The silicone is good though.
Will post some pics when he's finished.

Lovely job the best I've seen, so what are the eyes made from, I thought the TV ones were just black but I may not be seeing what you have seen??:O)

Thanks. The eyes are just some fairly inexpensive brown teddy bear eyes from ebay. I have a pic from doctor who magazine where you can see some slight colour of an iris and just make out a pupil. I've attached the best pic of the eyes i have, but you may be right. They do look less bright in person so I think i'll stick with them. Have sorted out the tie and shirt so just have to fix the lapels. Still working on the paint job still.
