Doctor Who - Letter

I got some screenshots of the envelope yesterday, and I've warped the first glimpse we get of rivers so it looks like we're straight on, but no amount of contrast or brightening makes it any clearer.

Still no luck for the red stamp on zazzle :cry

I cant get these damn attachments to work.... "river envelope 2" is a different shot of rivers envelope.

I was just reading through this and is it possible the reason nobody can figure out the stamps on River's evelope is because she is in the future? Maybe the stamps were created just for this prop.

Bit of a bump. Almost finished with my River Song letter, so I figured I'd post some pictures.

I still have the white/silver lettering left to do. The sizing is a tad off on both the envelope and the stamps so they're not quite right, but it'll pass for now.

I've had no luck getting the right blue envelopes around here, and I'm still kinda holding off in the hope of better pics of the stamps.
How are you planing on doing the silver lettering?

I will most likely remake it if better images pop up in the future.

As for the envelope I bought some blue paper from JoAnn's and then used your envelope template to cut it to size.

I'm going to look into either finding some lettering transfers to use or use a silver pen and do it by hand (given the typography used I'd rather use transfers myself).

I know they didnt use painting and dalek as stamps but it look good i couldnt find the right envelope I went around 14 store's could even get a dark blue envelope upstate of SC, USA. didnt want to buy 50 envelopes online for this so i went cheap.

If you have unidentified stamps there is a Royal Mail page with the different releases on for 2011 there are also pages for other years. Ive indentified stuff using this method. The page for 2011 is here:

Looking through the past stamps, the mermaid stamp looks like it could be the blue one:

Think this might help id the stamps. The inside back and front cover of the Brilliant book 2012 has a large picture of all four envelopes and you can clearly make out the stamps. Would scan it but I'm lacking a scanner! The doctor's envelope has all black and white Gallifreyan circles on it over two bar codes. I think it's actually the nicest one, and it had so little air time.
