Well the Character Options radio controlled K-9 is a fine replica! But much smaller than the real prop of course.

Has anyone here done a K-9 replica?

I've been working on one for a little while now. I've put it on hold while I get a 4 foot Stargate built up to try to get it ready for DragonCon, but I'm tracking the K9 work here: http://home.comcast.net/~kerr345/K9/ProjectK9.htm

Nice scale progression of K9s, Kerr!

As to where in the States to score an RC K9, Forbidden Planet in NYC stocks much of the Dr Who stuff including the K9s but I don't know if they have any right now.
