I've been commissioned to create a full Ice Lord costume as seen in the two Peladon stories staring Jon Pertwee. Heres the progress so far...
Long before Judge Dredd and Darth Vader came the Ice Lord with the look of Vader and Judge Dredd, combined... This character was screened on british television in 1972 and 1974 in two stories called THE CURSE OF PELADON and THE MONSTER OF PELADON.... One of the lines of the character was "You forget Doctor, I am your judge... and your jury and executioner aswell, perhaps"
