Personally I just think Roses BFG looks more finished than Mickey's (glue gun or not :lol). As you say though a great big gun is a great big gun whatever finish it has!:loveI prefer Mickey's gun over Rose's. Her gun looks like a large hot glue gun, or a caulk skeleton applicator.

Yes please, that would be wonderful. Screencaps are useful but there's nothing like a few shots taken of the actual prop.I have some pics of the "Rose" gun from The Doctor Who exhibition if anyone's interested?

Wow, they are wonderful images, really you can see more of the gun than you'd want to on screen (and thats excluding the label) :lol.
Thanks very much for taking the time to show them.

Is that really the prop ? Or is that a fan made item ?
I'm not trying to be funny, but when my item is finished (who knows when that is going to be) I believe my item is going to look much more convincing an appealing to the eye than what I'm seeing here.
I wonder how often something like that happens, a prop made by a fan looking much nicer than the actual piece ?
I don't mean to toot my own horn but toot toot :lol
If that is the real prop it makes me feel really good about myself, I really needed that right now.
Thank you so much for posting these pictures.
I always appreciate helpful operating instructions like that.Point sharp end at enemy. :lol
