Doc Brown Time Train Costume help and/or advice

I'm looking at putting together a Doc Brown costume to be as close as possible to what Doc wears in one of the final scenes of BTTF3. I have a wing collared shirt as I regularly wear one with a kilt and the tie is easy enough to do. Looking for advice for the Frock coat leather gloves and waist coat please. Black trousers and dress shoes are on their way. Thanks in advance!
