My Son Stone turned 9 today, and I built him a "DISTRICT 9" Display for his room. and thought the District 9 fans, as well as The RPF brothers and sisters would dig this, not sure if I built it for him or for me, HA!!
Happy Birthday Stone!!!!!!

sweet! I thought that the blasters are fixed and cannot be removed.. the last few pictures proves otherwise.

Nice!

What a lucky wee 9 year old, that my friend is awesome!

Think you've managed to do an amazing job, really diggin' the back lit poster, what kind of light fittings did you use?

Happy Birthday Stone.

Hey there,

I mounted 6 - 4 ft dbl fluorescent tube fixtures on the wall and hung the frame right over them if I could go back I would have made the frame a little deeper so the light would defuse better but it works and he freaked out, we watched the film last night and he had his guns on either side of him, awesome, now I'm screwed for Christmas.
Thanks for the great comments.
All my best,
AL
