If you're after regular 'box' type acrylic cases, I've used casesforcollectibles.com many times before.
They make great quality cases.

Caseforcollectibles is not to bad but be careful they dont polish the side's and I have cut the hell out of my finger's.Also I dont know if you can increase the thickness but the case cover's are really thin as is the acrylic base if you choose that kind base.

depends what sort of cases you want. but for my lightsabers i used 1:18 scale model car cases
