Discovery channel has jumped the shark! MJ autopsy recreated???

Must have been quite an outcry because Discovery announced today that they've postponed the broadcast.

Im no MJ fan, likes off the wall but thats about it. A friend was very close to him and I know one or two other people who were also close to him at one point or other. The guy was a prime example of what tabloids can do to public perception. Weird, oh yeah, the dude was out there, insecure and uncomfortable around people. Everyone is welcome to their own opinion but at least try and base it on fact, not fiction and hearsay.

There is a conspiracy not only in his death but in the autopsy itself. Combine that with ratings and there is money to be made. End of story. I dont like anything on ABC, NBC, CBS so I just dont watch. The remote control is controlled by you :)

and yes, its very odd we never see Alien Autopsy and Michael Jackson's autopsy at the same time.

I'm waiting for the recreation of his death.

I mean, who doesn't like ninja assassins?

Anyone want to start the pool on how long it'll be before it's "leaked" via the Internet/dvd/whatever? :unsure

Up till some months ago, I used to live / love watching Discovery (original channel).

A few months ago, every single blasted time I switch to Discovery in the evening, all I see them showing are Dr. G, ghosts and truckers, ghosts, Dr. G & truckers, truckers ghosts & Dr. G .... autopsies & hogwash imo.

I don't even bother to switch to Discovery any more.

The only decent Discovery left, IMO, is Discovery Science, which is the one I watch most of the time nowadays, especially their Sci-Fi / Universe programmes.

They had a brilliant 2-hour show a few weeks ago about Star Wars. Wish I remember the name. It was extracting Star Wars elements & comparing it to classic literature etc (Hero figures, mentors, quests, good vs. evil etc etc).

I loved that show.
