yeah, i'm not liking it.....the lines helped out a lot to separate the threads.....now, everything looks clustered

I hate to be That Guy, but can we get those separation lines back? They definitely have a useful function.

I tend to agree. I don't need the underline for any of the Nav links (under the header) or even for the forum breadcrumbs, (I think those look cleaner that way) but for topic titles the underlines definitely help to make things clear.

Now if this is part of a larger redesign rollout...carry on. I'll save my cranky internetty ways for once it's completed.

Let me ask, where specifically are you feeling that it looks "busy" without the text-decoration? For threads, PMs, forums, navbar, posts, and virtually every other element, I am not seeing the issue. However, due to the current layout of the forum homepage and the text treatment to the various elements on it, I agree that there is not enough differentiation. Are there other areas of concern or is it essentially the Hommepage that is the issue?

Also, is everyone who is voicing a concern using the "Legacy RPF (Star Wars)" style?

I'm using the Star Wars style. I prefer the dark background. And yeah, it's harder to read.

The only place that the lack of decoration/style really bothers me is names of threads in forum view.

It just makes all the topic titles blend a bit too much.

The underline just creates a separation between the titles.

It's not so much an issue on the main/home page because each of the forum names have a long subtitle/description that acts as a visual break.

As I said before, I'm fine with usernames, the nav links, and the breadcrumbs losing their underlines.

...and yes, I am using the "Legacy RPF (Star Wars)" style.

I would like to request the lines be put back. I too find it very hard to read.
I'm using the SW Legacy, I would say put it back to what it was.

How about creating another style so we have the option select what we want.
