I know there are already a few threads about this and I debated about posting in someone elses thread, but I'm so happy with this box that I have to give it it's own thread to give mad props to Michael and Jimmy (GeneralFrosty) Cosentino.
To start off, I just received this in the mail today and boy was this a huge picker-upper at the end of a busy week.
I already knew that this thing would be impressive as I had fanatically read all the reviews, watched all the videos, and combed through all the posts on the RPF. But WOW, seeing this thing in person just blows everything else out of the water.
I have to say that this is the SINGLE BEST replica I have ever purchased!!
Not only in terms of quality, but in terms of service, communication, and character. Knowing that Michael C built this with his bare hands and that he also supplies Showtime with the actual screen used boxes as of season 5 makes this my most prized piece to date. There's just something about owning a finely crafted wood piece like this that really does it for me. The work, care, standards of perfection, and attention to detail that went into making this box is simply mind blowing. Couple all that with a VERY reasonable price, certificate of authenticity, fun little easter eggs, and the BEST packing job I've ever seen, and you have something you can be proud to own for the rest of your life.
It is WELL worth any amount of wait for such a quality item.
