I’m still playing around with this, and I need to figure out the bottom shelf still. I have a few more display stand options I’m waiting to arrive in the mail, but here’s my setup for the next couple of days at least:

I recently had to send my laptop and one of my favorite camera lenses out for repair. Since my laptop was gone, I wasn't able to work on the Qui-Gon Jinn saber model at all. I took this opportunity to instead use my "hobby time" to finish up a couple Darth Vader saber builds I've had in my queue for a while.

Over the last couple days I finally got both the laptop and lens back, so I figured I'd take some pictures.

Darth Vader ANH Saber: Roman Props MPP, TCSS MPP Clamp with refinished silver sidebars, WannaWanga greeblies and shroud (wrinkle painted by me), slothfurnace card, and a real aluminum roofing nail holding the clamp together.

Darth Vader ESB/ROTJ Saber: Roman Props MPP, WannaWanga greeblies and shroud (both painted and weathered by me), and a slothfurnace card. For this one I painted both heavily weathered & rusted shroud to represent conditions today, and a more lightly weathered shroud to represent how it might have looked during filming of ESB. I figured this was more appropriate since I didn't install grip screws.
