Can someone give me accurate measurments for this?

Also what is everyone using for the tubing (grey area)?

Lastly, any good pics of attaching clips that match screen used?

Grey pipe from B&Q, 68mm rain water fall pipe. Clips made from 25mm flat aluminium bar, bent to shape and riveted in place.
