Here's my version of Deathstroke mask.
The master is made of polyurethane foam.
A bit of stucco and some primer, and then a plaster mold, from which I got a new master in fiberglass, and a few tweaks away under the vacuumforming machine.
I used to copy the PETG from 05/64 ", then Procerus a paint type visor of my helmet daft punk, so you have good visibility on both the black from the orange.
