Death Star Gunner Station

I made this Death Star Gunner Station for a diorama for the 3.75" figures. I tried to get it as close to movie screen as I could.

I plan on making on in 1:12 and 1:6 scale down the linw

wow - now that is a great looking model and something very unique - I would never have thought of making this - but just looking at your model, I can certainly hear it

I have talked to a few guys about making it into a cast but was told that certain parts would be to difficult to make

Certain parts would be hard to cast as it is, but if you were to break it down a little differently you could probably make it work. Usually, at least from my experience so far, there are two mind sets when slicing a 3d model. One is to slice for a finished one shot piece. The other is to slice with casting in mind.
