Deal gone bad for a MIB metal J2

I haven't. Im pretty sure he doesn't want to give me a refund, since he can't ship me the J2 as promised. I feel stupid having sent him the barrel I did receive. I feel like pretty much robbed $600 and it sucks hard.

he has multiple ebay ids and is now selling an MIB noisy Cricket under the other username "modelscreams".

if I had the funds I would fly to Italy and go to his house since I have his shipping address. ugh.
 
He so far is still answering every email I send him, I sent him two in the last two days and he has answered both. I keep contacting him through his gmail account, if you would like it just shoot me a PM and I will reply. Man really hate that for you I really hope you can get something resolved.
 
Not sure if it is Michelle. I had a similar experience with Michelle though, no communications problems until the item got 'lost in the mail', then he promised to send another (which never arrived either) and had all my emails ignored after that.

Both of the tracking numbers he gave me seem to be working... their from the Italian post... one says this

Accepted by the postal center in Terrassa PADOVANA on 28-LUG-2011
Sent abroad (U.S.) from the center of MILAN CSI WINDOWS post on 29-Jul-2011

Anyone have a clue how to track these once they have arrived in the states. Because if anything gets too fishy I'm definitely going to be filing a PP claim on both purchases.

If you use the tracking number from the Italian Post, it should be able to be track it on the USPS web site. At least that is what has happend when I have had packages shipped from abroad.

Does that mean it has arrived or has not arrived? Anyone for sure what that means?
 
You can insert those tracking number in the USPS tracking page. Once it arrives it will tell you where your item is in the states and out for delivery.

still no communication on my end, not sure but thinking about getting a lawyer and see if they can do anything. some of my friends practice law and wonder if there's anything they can do. don't want this guy to think he can do it to me without a fight!

that is what my original package said for the first month. when I did receive the "barrel" portion of my gun, that status changed to saying something like "item received at such and such postal address and preparing for shipment".

in my case, the second tracking number I had always had (still has right now) "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."
 
this is his last message he sent to me...

Dear Bradley,
I can check the parcels on my local postal office only. However, they said me that they are already on the US and you will receive them very soon in the next few days.

I'm gonna give him 1-2 weeks for the item to arrive, if I don't get anything I'm filing...

Also If I had friends like that, I would for sure look into it. That's hard earned money pretty much stolen from you!
 
Hmmm been 6 days now since my two packages were supposedly shipped... Still says "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" on USPS and on the Italian post it still says

Shipping RA288815533IT dated 28/07/2011:
Accepted by the postal center in Terrassa PADOVANA on 28-LUG-2011

So based on what this post says from the Italian post, am I correct in assuming the package has been shipped from Italy and is in fact in the U.S.? Because I am definitely raising some cause for concern seeing as agliarept has already had a shady deal with him.

Also agliarept, did you get in touch with him at all with the email I gave you?
 
That message means it is in the US and they are sitting on it. Happens quite often, I wouldn't worry about it. Probably US customs or the USPS centre it arrived at have a backlog.

It looks like your packages are in the US so they will hopefully make there way onto you. My package never left Milan :-(

I did use the email you provided but haven't heard anything from him. It's pretty ridiculous that a man can be so shady and not have stones to reply to my messages.
 
Really Hope you get your items. I hate to think this guy is getting away stealing from others. I have my fingers crossed for you!
 
I hope I get them too I been trying for a couple years to get these kits. I'm for sure gonna file a claim if I don't get them soon.

I hope u get some restitution as well... it's just not right to steal from people liek that.
 
Well I just got a reply from him just then saying....

I'm out for my holidays. However, don't worry! If you won't be at home, they will left you a notice to pick up them. On Monday I will check personally, but I'm sure you will receive them in the next few days.

Well got an update on my gun props....

I checked both numbers I was given and both were shipped out on August the 4th, so I guess I will be getting them any day...



I will check the boxes and post pics if and when I get the kits, and agliarept I really do hope you get something resolved from all this.
