You may have seen our Deadpool suits before, if not I'll do a run down. Our current versions can be found on www.costumereplicacave.etsy.com and suits/clients at www.facebook.com/CostumeReplicaCave
Our original suits were done in leather, this had a few down sides, heat, inaccurate pattern and suits couldn't be to tight or else people couldn't move.

We moved on to cordura, these had a more accurate pattern, they were fairly cool and we mixed in some stretch to give a better fit, we did a grey X-Force version as well. We offered weathering on these to make them more accurate, but some of our clients like Left Coast Avengers did stunning jobs far past our teams skills.

From there we moved onto patterned stretch, this allowed us to custom dye and had a pattern that looked very close to movie. These stretch used is thicker than morph suit stretch and we offer these weathered. We provided ilustrastudios material so they could make matching masks,

Always looking to improve we've moved onto screen printed stretch materials, we've trial silicone and originally did it raised, we weren't happy with that, so we've trialed a non raised version and some high density ink. Here are some of the reference shots we used.

Results so far, these are to be weathered to see which comes up the most accurate when compared to reference.

I'll post up the weathered versions of these and prototype suits, we may also offer these up as a run.
