Hi Kroenen77, the L shaped curves are 3D resin printed parts.

Just found out from a friend who is an electrician that the flat braided wire for the lower jaw is actually an earth strap

I've put together the tubes for the side walls of the lower jaw using 7mm and 4mm silicone tubing and 3mm red wires. The two small tubes that sit on the bottom are made from 3mm silicone tubing ×2 and 2mm red wires. They all sit on a clear plastic backing.

Is it possible to show more pics on how this is made. I am so brain dead I just can't understand it?

Unfortunately I didn't get any pics during putting it together. Each side of the jaw from top to bottom has a 4mm clear silicone tube , then a 7mm silicone tube containing two 3mm red wires, then a 4mm clear silicone tube, then another 7mm silicone tube containing two 3mm red wires and then another 4mm clear silicone tube...... under that is the two 3mm clear tubes containing a red wire in each one. They are glued to a clear plastic sheet in order to keep them in place and as a support for them to be glued to the jaw .

Well, I've finished the lower jaw for now, it was a real challenge as it's my first attempt at creating a reveal mask but a very rewarding one...

Thanks to Bengrim I was able to source some screen used mesh for the vocoder grill

Glad it turned up ok, I must say it’s looking really good

Next step is the upper portion of the mask, I'm looking forward to getting started on it, I still need to tweek the jaw a little but overall I'm happy with the way it turned out...

If it helps morale, I have been doing research into the vader reveal mask too. There are some unknown metal plates/pieces that I've made progress on. At least, I know the technology they come from now and I've been working on finding the right version or model. I'm close.
