Darth Vader mouth/chin screen

Hey Vader experts,

I'm curious where most of you guys get the screening for the Vader mouth/chin. No, I'm not looking to buy any, I've already done that...I'm just curious what the actual source of this stuff is.

Some find theirs at auto or hardware stores. Usually looks like truck grill.

I believe the original stuff was from an old valve radio, I might be wrong though:confused

I got mine from a company in the UK call xpernet. They are the leading manufacturer of all types of mesh and screening... they do flat and diamond screen.

Do you have a web address for them Cyberman? I can only seem to find a Computer Service Company by that name.

I'm looking for some specific flat diamond mesh at the mo.

I'm not sure. I was lucky to get an offcut of a smaller piece of my Vader mesh. If i had bought it off the sheft (as such) the sheet size would have been 10' x 8'

I need some for my helmets but I want to make sure it is the correct proportions/dimensions.
