If you´re still covered by the products warranty, contact HASBRO and ask for a replacement.
If you´re out of warranty and depending on the kind of defect you´re struggling with you should consider a) gutting it and get yourself a new, functioning one or b) convert it with an ultrasabers kit or something similiar :love
