Darth Bane from the Clone Wars Build Thread

I recently rewatched the Clone Wars cartoon and really became enamored with the redesign they did for Darth Bane in the final episode. He's looks like an awesome Sith Samurai!

And if that wasn't enough go pique my interest, I found these character design images and he has this wicked looking lightsaber pike!


So... I've started building up some resources to make this.

Going to use EVA foam for the armor and helmet as I think that's probably the easiest and most economical way to do it. I'll be using conduit tubing for the pike and probably PVC parts for the detailing on it.

Cut out the skull part for the helmet. I think I need to scale it up 5-10% or so.

Got these parts for the lightsaber pike. The large piece actually looks pretty close to the right shape.

Next I need a piece of conduit pipe and to reshape the accents.
