That's a horrible attempt to pass any old thing off as the "real deal"...And the design looks bad in my opinion...Although the idea is a cool one..For sure...

Definitely agree bub. The claws should look like the CLAWS. A good reason Fox should've used the X1-X3 style claws in the Adamantium Collection is because the hand is gloved and Wolverine didn't wear gloves in the new movie. If Fox had JIMMY CLAWS released with the Adamantium Collection I'd BE IN AWE! They should've at least made 'em SCREEN ACCURATE?!?

Oh, I don't know......Again, I respect Jimmy Claws as much as anyone....But I think design-wise, after the fact? We'd stand a better than decent chance of doing so, and indeed, Mike HAS done so....What with digital definition and all? You'll get to be as close as can be with the copy made....With a little work....Mike's are the best out there so far....I think..

Of course, Jimmy's have the authenticity, and the material used....But design wise? I'd say it's closer....And at the price? There's no competition...

I Concur... Mike Makes The Best To Screen Accurate Replicas Of Both Designs, but I don't like the new claws specifically because they don't have the illusion of comin' through the top of the hand anymore between the knuckles. Given that JIMMY'S CLAWS look like they actually emerge out of the fist!

New Claw Design Is Missin' JIMMY'S, "TANG" at the back of the blade.

I've been a Wolverine Claw enthusiast since X-Men Origins Wolverine was released and was able to get my hands on a set of authentic claws. I didn't know that they weren't JIMMY CLAWS a.k.a James Gawley's work until he told me himself personally on the phone that the claws from Origins and the other movies following... are NOT his claws. JIMMY CLAWS only shot in The Original TRILOGY. I'd say that Jimmy Claws clamp plate and square wire into claw design isn't easily matched, but Mike Does Make The Best Replicas I've Seen Of 'EM Anywhere Period. Why was the claw design changed in the new movie? *SNIKT*

Mangold wanted them changed because he liked this design better. Look at his recent twitter Q&A about the movie done a few days ago...He'll show you what comic he got the design from.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I am glad you all like my claws. I have thought about making those comic style claws but I haven't heard a lot of demand for them. I might do them if enough people wanted them.

Since the XO claws have still been a little more popular than the TW claws and I cast all my molds at the same time I have built up a small inventory of TW claws. This means that anyone that wants a set of TW claws can get them almost immediately. Say 1-2 days handling time.

I wanted to post something I came up with as a modification that you guys can do the the wires and grips if you need something more to help prevent them from coming out of and/or rotating in the grip handles. So on the back side of the grip, towards the rear, you can drill small holes in the channels going through that half of the grip. Then after you get the fit of the claws perfect then you can bend the wire at the point where the hole is. Then put the grip together down on the wire. Take a look at this image, it might help to explain:
