I think I have some pics of the one that was made before. I don't have it on my computer but on a CD somewhere, I'll look later today....

Ok, I got this off of Luuke's site and blew it up a bit and lightened it so you can see the detail.
Looks pretty simple actually...

I love the wire colors against the black.
It looks simple enough. Most of that could be done with PVC pipe, or metal pipe. Really the only thing I was look for detail pics of, is the circuitry. In every pic I've seen of these saber, the circuitry looks a little different, and I just want it to look as good as possible. Sometimes I see it with wires like in these pics, but in other vertions I see a circuit board too.

didn't you have the ability to custom make revan's saber in that game (KOTOR)? or was that just the color? i might be getting that and jedi academy mixed up...
Um, I don't know, I haven't had a chance to play a video game in years. the last one I played was "Jedi knight II". :lol It sounds cool thought.
