Also good question about the burnt Joker money. The burnt joker money I have (from all the research I've done) is in fact real screen used money. I compared the bills that I have to ones that have been offered at the propstore, premiere props, icollector and a few sources on ebay and these bills all have an identical 'tell' that would be different then someone just burning some fake money and calling it 'screen used'. Actually I believe the person that sold me bills is a member here and deals in screen used items so I'm sure they could explain it as well. Hope that helps :)

Awesome collection!! I really like the way you display the hot toys! The replica and screen used props (Harvey Dent campaign items, Joker money etc) really help to make the set up look pro. I love it! You've given me something to aspire to!

Question about the Joker money: why are there two different styles of money?

Thanks for the comments, glad you like the display. Not sure why the used 2 different styles of money. I'm guessing the ones that look less "real" are for far away shots, and the other ones are used for closeups. If you check out the above picture, screencaps from when the goons are robbing the bank, and other scenes in the movie you can see the different styles of money they used. I received the one stack from a member that worked on both BB and TDK (who has also been the source of other props I"ve received) and the burnt money was from a fellow rpf member with pics from various websites that substantiate its authenticity.

Oh I gotcha! Thanks for the info! I acquired a stack of burnt money from eBay awhile back. I was always pretty certain that it was real, and now seeing your item, feel even better (since mine looks just like yours)! So thanks for that! I will be looking for the second kind of money now! I'm new to the hobby and collecting only dark knight trilogy items now so your collection gives me a lot to aspire to!

Are you in the process of adding more items/displays for 'Rises'?

That's great to hear and I look forward to seeing your displays. Not sure if you checked out the first 3 pages of my thread, but basically everything I have is in those 3 pages, including 'updates" that I tag onto the end of the thread. I figured its hard to see I update in those first 3 pages so I put them at the end for people that don't want to have to go through all the items again. I believe on page 3 I have some "Rises" props. I have a few more to add, but I haven't done any displays with them yet. Probably need to get one of those Hot Toys Bane to do it right.

I wish I knew where to get the joker cards, would be a brilliant piece for my collection, I have found some similar, but never with the correct writing or markings.

Not sure if anyone is interested in these items, but I was lucky enough to pick up some goodies from a private auction of Dark Knight Viral items that came from the personal collection of one of the creators of the campaign.

Gotham Times Laynard- These were worn by employees helping to facilitate the games
