I believe he meant the L.A. area as most stops are within 1hr of driving distance (non rush hour)

It's an OK poster (IMO, none of the Nolan Bat-posters have been super awesome). It just feels a little lazy to me. They just shooped Bats into the first teaser poster image and added some orange...
